De Vlaamse Waterweg nv is conducting this online survey because it wants to get a picture of the situation in the sector concerning the further roll-out of remote operation in the next few years.There are two goals; to gain insight into the concerns and sensitivities that exist, and identify where you see opportunities for improvement.
We would appreciate it if you could share your experiences andgive your honest opinion in this survey. We can then use the outcomes to develop the remote operation programme in a way that meets customer needs, and improves communication.
